Booking Policies 🔏 Availability 📆 Our schedule opens on the 20th of each month and fills up quickly! Please pre-book your appointments as soon as they’re available to secure your preferred date and time. If you’re unable to find an opening, join the waitlist for updates on availability. Payments 💸 To book an appointment, a deposit of 50% of the service cost (or more, depending on the length of the service) is required, along with a valid credit or debit card on file. After your service, we prefer the remaining balance be paid in cash. If you'd like to use a credit or debit card, it must be the same card on file. Please ensure all information is accurate when booking. Grace Period ⏳ We allow a 7-minute grace period. If you do not arrive in that time, your service(s) will be canceled, and your card on file may be charged the cancellation fee. If you're running late, please text: (346) 589-9010 with your ETA. If there’s space later that day, we may accommodate you for an additional late fee, but it’s not guaranteed. Appointment Alterations 🤎 We cannot guarantee availability for additional services. If you need to shorten or remove services, please provide 48 hours' notice. Or the removal will result in a charge for all services scheduled for the day of your appointment. Hair Growth 🌱 For the best waxing results, please ensure you have 4-6 weeks of hair growth before your appointment. Menstrual Cycle 🌸 Please wear a fresh tampon if you are on your cycle. If you need to cancel your appointment because of your cycle, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation (after the 48-hour cancellation policy). Guests 👫🏽 For the safety and sanitation of our space, no additional guests are allowed unless they are receiving a service. If you are a mother and unable to find childcare at the time of your appointment, please text me at least 24 hours' in advance: (346) 589-9010 so I can ensure a safe environment. Inclement Weather 🌧️ In the event of inclement weather, your appointment will be rescheduled at no penalty to you. All transactions are non-refundable. If your card shows "Insufficient Funds," for any applicable fees, you will be banned from future bookings with Beauty Bar by Mare, until your balance is paid For the safety of our staff and clients, please be aware that failure to adhere to our business policies, rules, and regulations may result in a ban on future bookings with Beauty Bar by Mare. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client if deemed necessary. Thank you for your understanding.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Clients who are more than 7 minutes late, cancel on the same day, or no-show may be required to pay a cancellation fee equal to the remaining balance of their scheduled service(s). You may reschedule once with a single deposit, provided it’s within 30 days of your original appointment. Any additional rescheduling will require a new deposit. This policy is designed to protect Beauty Bar by Mare and ensure availability for all clients. It applies to all situations, so please add your appointment date and time to your calendar and keep an eye on appointment notifications.
